Women's Lacrosse

The Westminster University Women's Lacrosse Team is gearing up for the 2023-2024 season! Here are some highlights from last year's inaugural season with a new coaching staff:

We successfully reached our goal of an RMAC tournament berth. Placing 4th in the conference, this is the first time the Griffins WLAX program has been in the RMAC tournament since 2018.

We received an RMAC Brechler award, which recognizes the league's best grade point average among conference competitors. Our athletes work hard on the field, and in the classroom!

Head Coach Jannel Snow earned RMAC Coach of the year.

Graduate student Lauren Shoughro was recognized as an all-conference tournament player.

Multiple players were recognized as honorable mention for first and second team RMAC all-conference players.

Due to your generous donations last year, we were able to purchase new uniforms for the team!

Looking ahead to our 2023-2024 season, we are welcoming 11 new freshman and 15 returning players. Our goals for the fall crowdfunding campaign include funds for team travel as we plan to play ranked NCAA Division II programs on both the east and west coast.
