The Gore Giovale Center for Innovative Leadership (GGCIL) is dedicated to connecting students with community and organizational leaders to foster meaningful conversations and provide hands-on learning opportunities about leadership. The Center’s programs provide students with opportunities for self-exploration and personal leadership development, and the knowledge and skills for supporting inclusive group dynamics.
GGCIL commits to ensuring students can move forward confidently in their lives and careers, lead from any place, and make a positive difference in the world. The Center is home to three programs for students and the community: Community Conversations on Leadership, Community Impact Scholars, and Leadership Case Competition.
